The BerkelBike

The BerkelBike is a revolutionary, award winning tricycle which can be propelled by both your arms and legs. As with a handcycle, the arms power and steer the BerkelBike, and then, by cycling with your arms, your legs automatically make the same movement as they would on a bicycle. Even completely paralysed legs can be made to propel again by means of the Impuls system.
